Ben joined Realest as a consultant in 2021, having previously worked at CBRE, Bristol where he was a Director in the Project and Building Consultancy team. He has also worked for Cushman and Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate in Bristol and Southampton.

Ben has 15 years of commercial building surveying experience and is responsible for managing and delivering high quality professional advice and services.

These include project management, contract administration of building contracts of varying size and complexity, investor due diligence, occupier surveys, and dilapidations advice and negotiation.

Ben has significant experience in working for both the public and private sectors and enjoys working on a wide range of instructions. He has a particular interest in dilapidations matters and frequently practices in this area, including end of lease liability assessments and strategy advice.
