Simon is a highly proficient chartered building surveyor with over 25 years experience in the commercial and residential sector. He joined Realest as a Consultant in 2020 having previously worked with JLL, where he was a Director and managed their Building Consultancy team in Southampton. Simon became a Realest Director in June 2022.

He has a proven track record in the industry and can provide an extensive range of core building surveying services including: project managing new build and refurbishment projects, development monitoring and technical due diligence work, acquisition advice, party wall matters, schedule of condition, defect analysis and dilapidations.

Simon’s experience brings a comprehensive understanding to client objectives. He has worked with national occupiers and landlords, institutional funds, private companies, developers and the public sector.
