Project Management of Full Refurbishment & Dilapidations
Realest provided Building Consultancy in respect of the dilapidations settlement and the project management of the full refurbishment of both units which included sustainability upgrades and a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, solar PV roof panels, electric vehicle charging points, new AC system and other energy saving measures.
Both units at Strategic Park have been prelet prior to the completion of the refurbishment of the units with Adrian Whitfield acting on the agency work.
